_technical support rep

Love talking to people and proactively solving issues? Then join our Customer Experience Team. This is not your average customer / technical support job. You will be responsible for creating fiercely loyal customers while helping shape a rapidly growing start-up.

We are looking for a customer service applicant to help us cover various shifts and help us prepare to ramp up for a large new customer.

+Responsibilities

Provide a high level of awesomeness on the phone
Respond to emails and support issues promptly
Turn users into passionate evangelists
Work closely with our engineering and operations teams to solve customer issues
Automate commonly asked questions and addition of the answers to our support site

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
