Office Manager / Sales and Marketing Coordinator
The newrow_ team is seeking an organized and experienced office manager who will be responsible for smooth operation of front office activities and assistance with sales and marketing activities. We’re looking for a team-player who enjoys stepping up to the plate and assisting each department when needed. You will report directly to the CEO and COO.

newrow_ is an interactive video collaboration and live streaming platform that is transforming how education, business, entertainment and government engage with large audiences online.
Higher education and enterprises use the video classroom solution for online classes and training, while the government and entertainment organizations use its live streaming solution for the production and delivery of large, broadcast-quality online events.
Specific responsibilities include:
+ Handle all telephone calls and electronic correspondence in a prompt and professional manner
+ Assist the sales and marketing teams with special projects as necessary
+ Schedule and makes logistical arrangements for meetings, conference calls, and events
+ Order catering for company events and meetings
+ Responsible for compiling information and writing the company’s monthly newsletter
+ Conference and tradeshow coordination to include shipping of all materials, registration management, and creation of attendee guide for participants
+ Answer phone and route to the correct associated entity
+ Assist the marketing team with editorial pieces and write-ups
+ Maintain all assigned business files and contacts in an organized manner
+ Ensure the common areas (kitchen, pantry, reception and conference rooms) are kept tidy, organized and well stocked
+ Order supplies (office and pantry) as needed and maintain an accurate inventory
+ Other office management and clerical duties as required
+ Bachelor’s Degree preferred
+ Able to multitask, prioritize tasks and work in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines
+ Ability to work closely with a small team in New York and an extended team in Israel
+ Clear and concise communication skills
+ Highly energetic, organized, and efficient with a “get things done” attitude
+ Fast yet detail-oriented and accurate worker
