+ How to conduct user testing and employ collected data to improve designs

+ Design intuitive user-flow and interactions for our web applications.
+ Help conduct user testing.
+ Follow and curate UX design news and trends
Ideal applicants have:
+ Strong understanding of human-computer interaction, interface design patterns, standard UCD methodologies, and excellent intuition for user flow + user experience.
+ Ability to create wireframes as well as visual design comps.
+ Strong visual design demonstrated by a portfolio that shows a level of sophisticated craft.
+ Ability to take initiative and problem solve with a strong attention to detail.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Nice to Haves:
+ Understanding of HTML / CSS / JS frameworks (Angular), which will enable you to collaborate with our engineers in developing compelling digital solutions.
+ Work is done on-site at the newrow_ Manhattan office.
+ newrow_ is happy to provide proof of completion for course credit.
